I reached Lido at 12.10 or so. I know people don't like to be kept waiting so I tried to be not TOO late for the 12pm meeting time. Too bad everyone else also didn't like to be kept waiting and so they came after me. Finally Leon, Cerise and Denise came and we could buy tickets. Alex came down later. 5 out of 28 was quite a good turnout, I'd say. There was this lady who tried to sell us some perfume - not that ANY of us needed it - and Leon was like 'give it to me yeah' haha. I think the whole deal was a little shady cos CK don't need people to go round peddling their eau de whatever.

Anyway the movie was nice. Good story but with the usual boring talking parts in between the action. The acting in some parts was laugh out loud funny though.. Natalie Portman and Hayden Christensen trying to act all pained and sad was hilarious, me and Leon couldn't stop laughing haha. Pwssshhhhh! The lightsabre fights were cool, I would dearly like to lop off a boring lecturer's head with it, or use some force lightning haha. The cinema was quite cold though..didn't realise it until about an hour in the show when Denise came scurrying over cos the vent was blowing cold air her way. Blankets and sleeping bags would really be handy haha. If its like that I'd die if we went iceskating - I'd probably be frozen stiff at the rink haha.

After the movie we went to nydc wheelock. Dinner consisted mainly of cakes and desserts haha. Damn they ran out of jedi mudster mudpie..it would have been the perfect thing to eat, in the end i settled for a cookie monster one. It was shiok. But not good for the wallet. One slice for $10 is painful. Luckily it didn't disappoint. Speaking of monsters we played with some soft toy monster they had behind the table and took silly vids with it appearing from nowhere and 'scaring' Leon. I think Leon appeared more scary than it haha.

After pigging out we played pool. I'm sure everyone there would acknowledge my mastery of the tyco shot. No one does it better than me. You can copy me, but imitation is flattery and it only makes me look better :p

It was soooooooooo fabulous to see wai again ! She came strolling in fashionably late decked out in the latest fashion looking oh so fine. This paragraph has been fabricated at her request haha.

The pubs outside the pool place in lucky plaza were all so shady haha..they were blasting live music that somehow sounded like it was made in the 50s. We spent some time taking lame pictures there haha. Thanks to denise for kindly being the photographer.

At the end we all split at orchard station. The north-living ppl took the train and me Leon and denise took 174. Damn the ride was long.. 1h 20mins to get home..I'll never take that route home if I'm alone, sure to die of boredom. All in all it was fun..we need to do this sorta thing more often.
